At Matthew’s Hope Incentive Outpatient Program (MHFIOP), we acknowledge that recovery is a lifelong journey that demands ongoing support and guidance. Our commitment to clients extends beyond the completion of our program, which is why we proudly offer up to 24 months of free aftercare support to all clients who successfully finish our program.
Comprehensive aftercare support at MHDRP is designed to help clients maintain their sobriety and smoothly transition back into their everyday lives. We provide a wide array of services to help after initial treatment has been completed.
Recovery Coaching
Our certified Recovery Support Peer Specialists (RSPS) are dedicated to offering personalized support to each client. They help clients navigate the challenges of early recovery by providing resources, recommendations, guidance, and encouragement. We cater to individual, group, and family coaching sessions, ensuring our clients receive the support they need at every level.
IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback
At MHDRP, we employ IASIS microcurrent neurofeedback technology to help clients address underlying neurological imbalances that may contribute to their addiction. These non-invasive, drug-free sessions can significantly reduce cravings and anxiety. They also improve overall well-being, paving the way for long-term recovery.
Life Skills Resources
To empower our clients to live a healthy, fulfilling life in recovery, we provide a range of life skills resources. These resources cover various aspects of daily life, including diet and nutrition education, physical wellness and exercise plans, financial goal setting, job readiness, communication skills, Christian counseling, and Forest Therapy sessions.
eRecovery Relapse Prevention App
Our innovative eRecovery app delivers crucial tools and resources to help clients stay on track in their recovery journey. The app features a comprehensive relapse prevention plan, daily inspirational messages, a sobriety tracker, virtual wellness groups, discussion groups on various topics, and a directory of local and virtual support resources.
Sponsor and Meeting Recommendations
We understand the importance of a strong support network in maintaining sobriety. Our team assists clients in finding sponsors and meetings in their local area, ensuring they have access to crucial support when they need it most.
Alumni Events
MHDRP regularly hosts both in-person and virtual alumni events, allowing clients to stay connected with the recovery community and providing ongoing support.
Tailored Recommendations for Continued Care
When needed, Matthew’s Hope offers personalized recommendations for Residential Treatment Centers (RTC), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Sober Living homes. These recommendations are customized to suit each client’s unique needs and preferences, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care for their continued recovery journey.
Family Support and Education
We believe that family involvement is crucial for lasting recovery. Our aftercare program offers support and education for family members, helping them understand addiction and recovery processes. We work to equip them with the right tools to support their loved ones in this journey.
Employment and Legal Assistance
As part of our comprehensive aftercare support, we provide practical assistance to clients who may need help with employment or legal matters. We ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed in their new life. This includes getting a new job or dealing with any legal concerns during your recovery journey.
Spiritual Growth and Support
Our aftercare program also includes a focus on spiritual growth, offering clients guidance and support in strengthening their spiritual foundation and fostering inner peace and resilience.
At Matthew’s Hope Incentive Outpatient Program, our dedication to our clients and their families extends beyond the completion of our program. Our comprehensive aftercare support is designed to help clients achieve long-term sobriety and live a fulfilling life in recovery.
